Our story so far...

Set up as Spectrum Payment Services Limited (SPS) in 2007 offering current accounts to personal customers
Business accounts and solutions were introduced in 2012 under the Card One Money and Acorn Account brands
Equals Group Plc acquired SPS in 2017, adding its services to their existing portfolio of money management solutions
Direct settlement accounts with the BoE and membership to the UK’s Faster Payments scheme were granted in January 2019
In late 2021, Card One Money underwent a rebrand, bringing a rejuvenated look and feel to its cards, website, and functionality
